   Weekly Service Package:

   Weekly inspection of the interior and exterior of the premises
    •        Temperature reading, furnace check, water heater check
    •        Visual inspection of each room looking for any water leaks, damage or signs of break in
    •        Check that all doors/windows secured
    •        Removal of any flyers or newspapers from entrance way
     •        Visual check of building

  An email report will be sent following each inspection.

    RATES: $100.00 Monthly (one check per week) or $30.00 per week (Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville) other areas can be quoted
